Have a think and ask yourself, "Are you giving your body the best effort that you can?"

Go online or open any magazine and you'll find the latest diet craze... Paleo, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Vegan - whatever takes your fancy... You pick one. You go all out, throw out everything in your fridge, replace it with everything that diet suggests. You go hard for a few weeks and start to see results - this is amazing!! Right?
...And a few weeks later, your weight loss has a plateau, you go back to your old habits. A few weeks after that and you're looking for another diet to try... Sound familiar?
